Do Fine Art Prints Come Framed?
We do not offer framed prints, but we’re happy to provide framing consulting services for an additional fee. We partner with trusted local businesses to ensure you receive a premium framing experience tailored to your needs.

What is your shipping timeline?
Shipping timelines vary depending on the product and size you select. Estimated delivery details will be provided at checkout to ensure you know when to expect your order.
What is the return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All of our products are made to order, which means each print is made just for you. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll review the situation and work with you to make it right.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, our fine art prints ship within the United States only. If you’re located outside the US and are interested in a print, please email us at hello@sen-designs.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
What if my print arrives damaged?
If your fine art print arrives damaged, please reach out to us at hello@sen-designs.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged print and packaging, and we’ll arrange for a replacement to be printed and shipped at no additional cost. We stand behind the quality of our work and want you to love your order.
