Artisen Avenue offers fine art prints, commissions, and other curated products. While we strive for accuracy in product descriptions and images, actual colors and appearances may vary due to device settings. We do not guarantee that the products will meet your expectations or perfectly match website images. Product availability, descriptions, and pricing may be changed or discontinued at our discretion.

Fine Art Prints and Commissions

All fine art prints are made to order with a production & shipping period of 2–3 weeks. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos sent to hello@sen-designs.com. Commissioned artworks require a separate agreement outlining terms such as timeline, payment schedule, and usage rights. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your commission.

Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are not accepted until we confirm them via email. Artisen Avenue reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may not be able to make changes afterward. All sales are for personal use only and not for resale or export unless explicitly agreed upon.

Pricing and Billing

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, customs, or import fees unless otherwise stated. Promotions or discounts may be governed by additional terms. You agree to provide accurate payment details and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for your purchases.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship fine art prints within the United States and select international destinations. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for delays due to carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon handing the order to the carrier.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, artwork, and materials on Artisen Avenue are the exclusive property of the company or its licensors. When purchasing a product, you are buying a physical reproduction, not the copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.
