Production & Delivery
All fine art prints are made to order. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production and delivery. A tracking number will be provided when your order ships.

Shipping is included in the price—no surprises at checkout.

We currently ship within the United States only. If you're outside the US, contact us at hello@sen-designs.com, and we’ll try to assist.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes once an order is processed. For urgent updates, email us immediately.
Commissions
Shipping timelines for commissions are shared at the time of purchase or inquiry.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control. For delayed or lost shipments, contact the carrier with your tracking info. If you need further help, reach out to us at hello@sen-designs.com.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase. If there’s an issue, contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can help.
Returns
Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at hello@sen-designs.com with your order details.
Return Rules:
- Returns must be requested within 14 days.
- Customers cover return shipping costs.
- A 15% restocking fee applies.
- Final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale:
- Custom commissions or personalized artwork.
- Gift cards.
- Discounted or sale items.
- Limited series fine art prints.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Photos of the item and packaging (including the shipping label).
We’ll review your claim and resolve it with a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service or purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returns.
